A humble servant who used his gifts to renew faith and learning.

That we may use our talents to glorify You
And serve the Church in our daily lives.
May we seek You in study, in silence, and in service,
Trusting that You will guide our every step.

Saint of the Day – Saint Grimbald
Saint Grimbald was a French Benedictine monk invited to England by King Alfred the Great in the 9th century. A brilliant scholar and faithful priest, Grimbald declined high honors to remain committed to his monastic calling.
He helped found religious institutions, reformed learning, and is remembered for his piety and wisdom. He died around the year 901 and is venerated as a model of humility and service.
